Welcome to Aylos. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Aylos mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

This App is intended for users aged 18 and older.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Profile Information: A locally stored display name.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): Voice notes, video recordings, text entries, daily quotes, and habit data.
• Purchase Information: When you make in-app purchases, transaction records are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your purchase but do not collect or store your payment card details.
• Feedback: Messages submitted through the feedback form.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device model, OS version, and device identifiers for analytics.
• App usage patterns and session data.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Precise geolocation data.
• Payment card or banking information (all payments are processed by Apple).
• Third-party social login credentials.

2. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

Aylos offers in-app purchases ("IAP") that allow you to acquire virtual coins within the App. Please note:

• All in-app purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store payment system.
• Virtual coins are a digital currency used solely within the Aylos App to unlock premium features such as collectible cups.
• Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded for real currency.
• Purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies.
• We do not collect, process, or store any payment card information. All financial transactions are handled by Apple.
• Promotional or discounted coin packages may be offered on a limited-time basis. Once a promotional purchase is completed, the promotional offer will no longer be available to that user.
• Virtual coins and unlocked content are tied to your local device. Deleting the App or your account will result in the loss of all virtual coins and unlocked content.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the App's features.
• To process and fulfill in-app purchases.
• To store your wellness data locally on your device.
• To enable creation and management of user-generated content.
• To respond to feedback and support inquiries.
• To enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Data Storage and Security

Aylos is a local-first application. Your data is stored on your device. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

You must NOT create content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity.
• Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or harm to others.
• Contains graphic or objectionable material causing discomfort.
• Promotes illegal gambling or betting.
• Promotes illegal drugs or controlled substances.
• Contains political propaganda or extremist ideologies.
• Promotes discrimination or hatred based on any protected characteristic.
• Is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware or violates any applicable law.

Zero Tolerance: Aylos maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Violations result in immediate account termination.

6. EULA

• The App is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
• The App is provided "as is" without warranty.
• Violations may result in termination of your license.

7. GDPR Compliance

EEA users have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal. Use "Delete account" to erase all data. Contact: customer@aylosspot.com

8. Data Retention

Data is stored locally. Deleting your account removes all data permanently.

9. Children's Privacy

Not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
